I’d take 3000 because, you can drive slower along the road and still be moving a lot of stuff.
If the ground is good, brilliant. If not so good, well, don’t fill the tanker to capacity. Go with a lesser load.

I would like the 2500 wouldn’t have enough horses for the 3000 unfortunately
